We make daily reminder calls to schedule a pickup time with clients prior to their appointment. This allows our clients to be prepared for their pickups and arrive at their appointments in timely manner.

All the time

When traveling to your appointment you will be picked up at your planned ahead pick up time. When traveling home from your appointment you will be picked up as prompt as possible. Our pickup wait time average is 10-15 minutes, putting us well above industry norm.
